What info or documents do I need to sign up for MyWestfield?
Grab your driver’s license and one of the following:
- Recent bill
- Policy Declarations Page
Where can I view my claims?
Click on the claims page to see all your open and closed claims from the past three years as well as the contact info for the Claims Professional managing each specific claim.
Can I file a claim from MyWestfield?
If you have a personal auto claim, then yes, you can report it from MyWestfield by selecting "File a Claim" from the Home page. Please report all other claim types by calling 800.243.0210, option3.
Why can’t I view all of my policies?
If you have multiple Westfield policies with various billing accounts, consolidating them in MyWestfield requires one additional step. Simply log in. Click on the “Add Policy” button on the Home or Policy page. Verify some personal information, then we will add that policy and any associated claims to your profile.
